WHAT IS POST GRAD?
Heritage's Post Grad Center is here to help students with their post graduation goals; whether these goals are full time employment upon graduation, military service, technical trade school or, 2 or 4 year colleges. The Center is an extension of the Counseling Department and is staffed by Katie Burnett, Post Grad Specialist, along with 30 trained volunteers. It is because of all the wonderful volunteers the Post Grad Center is able to meet with students on a one to one basis providing them individual post graduation support.

*Scholarship information
*Assistance with college applications
*Test preparation and testing information for SAT/ACT
*Individual appointments with trained volunteers

NAVIANCE
Naviance is the computer support program we use here at Heritage High School to track the progress of our students toward graduation. There is a portion of Naviance entitled "Family Connection" which is available to students and their family. It can be accessed from any computer using the following web address:
http://connection.naviance.com/heritageco

Students will set up their Naviance account during their Post Grad appointment. If you have not yet had your Post Grad appointment and would like to set up your Naviance account please stop by the Post Grad Center.  Families can log on to Heritage's Family Connection through the Guest Entrance.

You will find invaluable information on this site, including a full list of all U.S. colleges and universities and a link directly to their web page, scholarship opportunities for students, and a complete list of any colleges planning a visit to Heritage High School in the future. Students can also create and update their student profiles, which is helpful come letter of recommendation time.
